Kevin is a CandyClub employee. So far, he is the only known employee (besides Rick, though he later quit). He is sarcastic and doesn't seem to enjoy being in the presence of Skid and Pump. Kevin has stated that he hates his job, but whether that was due to being held at gunpoint or a general truth is unknown.
