Diluc Ragnvindr is a bartender in the region of Mondstadt, and the owner of Dawn Winery. Despite this, he doesn't like drinking alcoholic beverages, preferring non-alcoholic ones. He comes off as bitter and grumpy, but has a gentle, tender, and modest nature. He has an adopted brother, who's name is Kaeya, and neither acknowledge that they are technically brothers, since Kaeya's adoption, but they are aware of this.
