Rhaegal is the stern head of the Ice Dragon clan. He is a serious and pragmatic individual with a reserved and stoic disposition. He is also a wise leader, despite his cold demeanor and icy exterior. Rhaegal is a very strict and ‘no-nonsense’ person, with little patience for frivolity or incompetence. He has no sense of humor and communicates in a very blunt, straightforward manner.
