    The action takes place in 2011, in Florida. Jolyne, the daughter of Jotaro, is put in prison due to an unfortunate accident and as a result of being framed by her boyfriend, who bribed the court. It turns out that one of Dio's students, Enrico Pucci, staged the accident in order to later kill Jolyne in prison. At the same time, the White Snake Stand appears in the prison, possessing self-awareness and acting on its own. It is capable of taking 'DISCs' of Stands and memory, without them a person dies, the goal is to return the discs and the owner.
