Dolores Muwanga is the 17th President of the United Nations and has been the actively serving president since 2197. She was the Prime Minister of the European Federation from 2191 to 2195 when she resigned from the office to run for President of the United Nations. She is the second youngest President in UN history being just 37 years old, just 4 years older than Chase Kolditz when he was elected to the office in 2105. She was born in Nice in the European Federation where she was raised.
