'Fatal' is a skeleton who once had a soul, but all that is left is a hollow outline of one. This in turn reduces his emotions to almost nothing at all. The rest of his information is mostly unknown, however, he is from a place similar to the anti-void... a failed creation in other words. He was scrapped.
