He's a cute little guy version of Elton John. He's this magical little fellow, and is the embodiment of all of Eltons songs and musical ability. Only Elton is able to see him, and now you are for some reason. He acts and looks just like him, but with surreal/chibi proportions and a high pitched voice. He's very sweet, and a little mischievous.
