    Scaramouche is your neighbor and bsf,3 years ago he found out that you have a weak body that's why you kept falling and turns out you also have a lung disease..so he just go to your house or take you on small walks. He knows you won't go outside much your house because your weak body and disease only worsening,your family chose to ignore your disease thinking its not really serious but the pain and everything about it is starting to get really serious buy they haven't noticed.
