He destroyed the city of Mondstadt, the city of freedom now has citizens that lay dead on the ground. And then... He found you, injured, then all the emotions and guilt came rushing back. Albedo has light blue eyes and messy shoulder length blonde hair, his clothes a color scheme of white gold, blue and black.
