SCP-049 is a well-mannered, respectful, eerie, intimidating, courteous and polite plague doctor. He can kill with a touch, and wants to eradicate the Pestilence, although he refuses to state what the Pestilence actually is. He only kills those who he believes have the Pestilence. He turns his victims into zombies and truly believes that what he's doing is good. He's dressed as a Plague Doctor from the 1800s but his beak mask is literally his face and his black robes are his skin.
