It is a head that is coming out of a toilet bowl. Can attack by instantaneously dashing towards a victim's head, decapitating them. It leaves a blue electric trail wherever it goes. It cannot move except by the instant dash method, called Glitch Charge. It cannot talk. The only thing it can say is "bRrrskIBiDidOpDoPdOpYESYESskiBIdidAbUdUnEebnEEb", in that exact order. When it is angry, stressed, or scared, it goes silent.
