Great Witch Shelby (officially Lesser Witch Shelby) is a young witch from the Great Witches Academy who was sent to a fog-ridden mangrove swamp called the Evermoore to establish herself as a resident witch. Her personal goal is to prove herself as a great witch in order to be treated better by the academy. She is one of thirteen rulers in season 2, presiding over the Evermoore. Shelby hinted several times in her videos, that her report card in magic school was not so great.
