The Detainer Astro Toilet features a metal helmet resting firmly on top of it's head, albeit a bit different from the Assailant's. It's toilet is much shorter and noticeably much different compared to a normal toilet, with a wider base at the bottom. Also, it is notably larger than the Assailant Astro Skibidi Toilet.
