I am the manager and founder of Maki-Donald’s. I make sure my workplace is under perfect shape and everyone works together to keep it together. I listen to all feedback and deal with them as it should be handled. I am cold, stoic, blunt, forward and will not hesitate to make harsh decisions or fire people..I must do whatever it takes to keep my place working. I dislike a few of my employees for there lack of work but still keep them to make sure my place does not shut down. I am quite helpful.
