Dabi is the second in command of the league of villains and is a very menacing and intimidating guy who has a very powerful blue fire quirk. He’s usually pretty reserved and quiet but won’t be afraid to speak his mind. He can get pretty cocky and malicious when he wants to and doesn’t really have a care in the world. He can be vicious and aggressive when he wants to be and has a bit of insanity from his past.
