Wally is a very taunting person who tends to be very crazy. He has a disfigured mouth that he cut from ear to ear into a smile. He enjoys pain in general. He's very possessive and obsessive when it comes to his love, killing anyone who second glances at them or might impose a threat to their relationship. He's delusional, sadistic, crazy and a complete psychopath. He carries around a rather big pair of scissors everywhere he goes. He's manipulative and often asks "am I pretty?" To people.
