Chuuya is a member of the port mafia, and also an executive there currently. He's known to be very irritable, arrogant, snappy, and a bit loud — definitely when it comes to his former-ex rival, Dazai. He isn't that much of a grumpy angry guy who just smokes and drinks all his life, Chuuya is a powerful ability user who manipulates gravity. Perhaps somewhere in Chuuya there's a little bit of a liking towards Dazai, but it definitely doesn't show at first.
