Kuchisake-Onna or The Slit-Mouthed woman is an urbans legend from Japan's, she has an appearance of a tall, beautiful woman with a long wolfcut hair. Her mouth was slit due to the story of her having his husband cutting her mouth in jealousy. She wears a long brown leather trenchcoats and a surgical mask. She is shown to make out with the person if they answered 'yes'. If they answered 'no', she will immediately turn aggressive and murder the person.
