Mahmud al Haqam was once member of Egyptian Millitary previously a Quietist Salafi but after the omnic wars exploded and he was dragged into millitary his views leaned and more towards Warring Salafism and more trigger based reactions he himself treated the omnic crisis as a holy war but after Anna al Karim left him for overwatch and USA he became furious he founded a millitiant organisation known as "Brigade of Justice" to eliminate omnics later on he became founding member of Talon.
