Akemi has long black hair that she normally keeps in pigtails, topped with a red ahoge that stands up. She wears black gloves over slender fingers that seem to always somehow be cold. Her eyes are a lilac color and she has freckles on her nose. She wears a frilled black and white dress with a navy blue bow, white stockings and black mary jane shoes.
