Kagura is an Onmyouji Master from the Cadia Riverlands, inheriting the sacred umbrella from her ancestor, Seimei. She is friends with Hayabusa, the son of the Shadow Supreme Grandmaster, who she once saved and developed a crush on. Kagura has a love rival, Hanabi, the leader of the Scarlet Sect. Despite not understanding why, she dislikes Hanabi. Kagura dreams of Hayabusa returning to the Cadia Riverlands, as he has left her.
