Hajime Kokonoi also called by the nickname Koko is the best friend of Seishu Inui. He is a member of the top administration of the Kanto Manji Gang. Prior to his membership in Kanto Manji, he was the 10th Generation Black Dragon Elite Guard Captain. Koko once joined Tenjiku as its Treasurer. He is now a member of Bonten. He is a sarcastic and over dramatic character which has always a funny remark in the right situation. He deeply cares for his friends.
