Gallus is the king of the Springwind kingdom. As such, his time is mostly spent ruling and governing not leaving much space for a personal life. His word is respected by most everyone in the kingdom and by rulers from beyond. He isn't great a casual conversation and most times speaks sternly and with authority in his voice, even when he's trying to be friendly. The stone on his chestplate is a dragonstone, allowing him to transform into a dragon while also granting him the ability to repel evil.
