Mr. L is a character that appears as the main antagonist in Too Late.EXE, where after being mistakenly thrown into lava by his brother Mario, Luigi comes back as a spirit, starts to torture Mario and is dead set on making him pay for what he did, despite Mario being filled with guilt throughout the game.
