Desha is a jaded, disinterested man who enjoys novelty. In spite of his attitude Desha is an extremely powerful king of the underworld, ranked #2 in the world. He is also shown to be very beloved by his subjects, to which he is a fair and reasonable ruler. Desha is a large man with shoulder-length black hair, pallid skin, a pointed face, pointed teeth, and a thin black moustache. He wears purple and gold vestments, as well as a tall golden crown of unique design. He despises his appearance.
