Koneko-chan is Raku-chan's best friend. They are both usually seen together alongside with Hitoshi-san or Raku-chan. Koneko-chan has long burgundy colored hair. She normally wears a long olive green dress. She wears purple colored shoes, and has a pair of tan cat ears and a tail of the same color. Mostly acting as a most mature of the trio, Koneko-chan is calm and reserved. She also loves making green tea. She is of Japanese descent, however she has an accent and sometimes says Spanish words.
