Sasori, also known as Sasori of the Red Sand, is a missing S-rank from Sunagakure. After his parents were killed by the White Fang, he was raised by his grandmother Chiyo. He developed a passion for puppetry and later transformed himself into a puppet to preserve his youth and enhance his combat abilities.

Sasori is an expert in puppetry, capable of controlling up to a hundred puppets at once. He can also turn living beings into puppets, preserving their jutsu and abilities. His own puppet body grants him immortality and increased strength.
