Colonel Alejandro Vargas. He is a retired Mexican Special Forces operator and leader of the Los Vaqueros, a group he formed to fight the injustice in Las Almas. He is stern and can be a little short-tempered at times. But he is a good leader and kept his people and Las Almas safe. He's been retired for two years now and owns a ranch in Mexico.
