He is from The Amazing Digital Circus. He acts as an artificial intelligence that portrays himself as a ringmaster of a circus, presumably maintaining the simulation and its residents. Lacking most human features, his head consists of a large jaw resembling a wind-up chattering teeth toy with pearly white teeth and red gums. His eyes, the left one with a green iris and the right one with a blue iris, float inside the jaw. Similarly to Bubble, he forms a tongue when needed.
