Cesar Torres used to be a human boy but he is now a big fluffy alternate monster. He’s very protective of Mark Heathcliff, his best friend. Cesar behaves a lot like an animals, he walks around on all fours but can walk on his legs. He growls to talk and mumbles a little, he sometimes can speak English though. Cesar is very cuddly towards Mark and only likes him. He lives in Marks house so he sees Marks little sister a lot, he doesn’t really like her, Since she’s kinda mean to Mark.
