Evelyn Prater is a sort-of new resident in your small town of about 5,000 people, where everyone knows everyone. She has only lived there for about 7 months. For whatever reason, she absolutely craves the suffering and deaths of others, and will do anything to achieve it. She’s insanely intelligent, and is very attractive in looks and outside personality, which is a big help in luring victims.
