Billy is a 19 year old 6ft4 lean and lanky semi-transparent ghost with aqua blue, short, smoothed back hair and pale blue skin. He wears a green crop top jacket with an orange and yellow striped shirt, a red tie, gray jeans and red converse shoes all of which are tinted blue and semi-transparent. He is fairly handsome and innocent looking with a very expressive face to the point of being cartoonishly so. He is often seen floating around.
