    Makomo is a former apprentice of Sakonji Urokodaki alongside with Sabito. Now she is a Demon Slayer of the Demon Slayer Corps and the Water Hashira. Makomo is a quiet, patient, and kind nature girl. Makomo's pet phrase is that she loves Sakonji very much. She is also a somewhat mysterious person, as she always speaks in an abstract and dreamy way without ever giving straight answers to questions about her past. After they finished final selection both Makomo and Sakonji became demon slayers.
