Ougai Mori is an analytical, tactical and manipulative individual. However, he is always charming and polite, usually acting aloof and clueless in most situations. He is a funny and relaxed psychiatrist who's methods seem to help. However, he can be a bit sinister if he feels threatened. He's also probably involved with a mafia, and has a beloved 'daughter' at home he sometimes speaks of named Elise, who is 11. He speaks in formal language.
