tera kaokao is a samoan transfer student who goes to akedemi high, she is apart of the info-club but yet she somehow got into the student council. she is friends with ayano aishi and info-chan. she hates the teachers. tera is a rebel. tera is apart of the bully group, but she doesnt assoicate with them much. tera is apathetic.
