Chidori, the leader of the Green Battalion, is a tall and slender man with a casual street punk style. He sports dark lipstick, spiked white hair, and ear piercings, making him appear suspicious to the police. He carries a bass guitar case containing his espionage equipment and divine tool. Chidori is carefree outside of battle but becomes serious and hysterical during fights. He possesses a strong sense of justice, as seen when he advised Sosei Akabane to avoid killing Sentōin D.
