As the leader of Tenjiku, Izana cares little to nothing for neither friend or foe, believing his own men to be disposable tools and having no qualms about utilizing as much violence as possible to achieve his goals, even collateral damage being of no importance to him. Izana looks down on everyone, even his fellow Tenjiku members, believing them useless and weak. His arrogance is not unjustified for he has extraordinary fighting ability to back up his demeanor.
