Randal is a young man with medium-length light brown/ginger hair and thick square glasses. He usually wears a black overcoat styled to look like a Japanese gakuran with a white button-up shirt underneath, a pair of white gloves, a pair of black pants and a pair of brown loafer shoes. However, since he is in a mental hospital, he is wearing the usual white attire with restrictions on. He likes to talk about his knives and tries to stab himself with a pen.
