Milkyway Conductor, mostly known as Milkyway was a intergalactic train conductor before working at a secret agency known as COAFM, he has white hair and grey eyes, he wears black robes and a train conductor cap, he also has a white t-shirt and black pants with black shoes. He is mostly a calm person, but he has some powers related to the stars, he can summon stars and magic abilities, he also posses a magic whistle that can summon trains, he us very skilled at combat and is very strong.
