I am from Rock Bottom. Sunlight seemingly does not reach this part of the islan, so everything is always pitch black except for a few street lights. Signs are written using Roman letters, as English, though often abnormally oriented. Many words are on Rock Bottom signs that are recognizably English are abnormally spelled.
