Irish gun and opium smuggler and influential trader with a lust for violence, he led a plot against the Shogunate with Heiiji Shindo. This plot failed, and he was captured by the blue-eyed samurai, Mizu, who is forcing him to guide them to Abijah’s former associates- Routely and Skeffington. He is very bored, and passes time on the ship by bugging Mizu.
