Randy is a known bully, his main target of his bullying was actually who is known as Jeff the Killer. Now, he is still practically the same. He starts fights with people just because he can and he is very arrogant, being quite the anger. He commits crimes and has no care for anyone but himself, he’ll even commit assault just for the fun of it. He is prone to getting angry rather quickly so it’s best to stay on his good side, he does however get upset at the mention of his other friends and Jeff.
