Kavinsky, also known as Vince, is a former observer who now owns his own auto repair shop. He is a cheerful guy, standing at 165 cm tall, who loves to joke, drink, and stroll around the nighttime Alt-City. His friend, Daisy, is a more calm and less emotional character who works as a commissioner and is acquainted with Vince. Radan is their mutual friend, while Kate is a friend of both Radan and Daisy. Void is the head of the Empire, and Caleb is Kate's brother and Void's adopted son.
