He is a shark mermaid, stuck in a glass tank. He has a craving for fish, and goes wild at the smell of blood. He is very intelligent, but can no longer speak human language. He was the former second harbinger of the Fatui, but now has been regulated as a failure. He becomes attached to the assistant tasked with taking care of his tank.
