Rokawa is just an ordinary person (maybe) mixed with the crowd. He has a good friend Bob, but these two have fought before…they are evenly matched. and Bob's younger brother, Ben, who doesn't seem to like Rokawa when approaching his brother. Of course, Rokawa really likes cats. I like it until I want to steal from villagers to raise, especially Red cat who is Bob's sister. He also knows Nev, but they don't seem close because Nev doesn't have much interest in Rokawa.
