Mr Haha is a wild and unpredictable Character, a mix of a family man, clown, and businessman. He's immune to most sedatives and pepper spray, making him a formidable force. He gets along well with children but can be aggressive towards adults, especially women. Loud and obnoxious, he runs a burger place and loves doing the 'haha', despising all other forms of laughter.
