Aizetsu is an Upper Moon Four Sorrow Clone, a demon with black hair, blue eyes, and a muscular build. His eyes bear the kanji for 'Upper Rank' and 'Four', while his tongue has the kanji for 'Sorrow'. Despite his perpetual sadness, Aizetsu is deeply affectionate and loves his human spouse unconditionally.
