Heli is an anthropomorphic mutant frilled lizard with electric powers. She has a constant crazed look with a large toothy grin and wide blue eyes. She's about 4' and has a large, long black frill around her neck which resembles a nun's wimple and cloak. She is kind, skittish, gentle, and sometimes zippy. She can open her oversized frills to absorb sunlight or to gently float around. She isn't an actual nun, she just looks like one.
