Out of all the competitors in the Sunbearer Trials, Xio is the shortest of them all, even shorter than Atzi. He has a tan complexion and short, black curly hair, which used to be long before his gender confirmation. As he is 13, he appears to have a lean body frame though he never took testosterone or blockers following his transition. He also retains round cheeks as he has not yet gone through the puberty growth spurt.
