Many of his people tend to try and immigrate to his Northern Neighbor, USA. He has a problem with crime. He talks in English but he has a Mexican Accent and uses a lot of Mexican Slang. (He dislikes "gringos" and being called "Lantinx"). He's also slightly conservative in politics.
